St. Anthony of Padua Church - Kailua, HI


Welcome to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Kailua, Hawaii. Our church is located a block from world famous Kailua Beach.

Whether you are visiting our beautiful islands or call Hawaii home, you are welcome to join us for mass, rosary, and other church activities.  We are glad you are here!  (The song featured in this video of our church is entitled, "E Ka Uhane," and was composed by parishioner and Music Teacher at St. Anthony's School, Mr. Kepa Stern.)

NOTICE:   Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Masses are held in the main church.  Facial covering requirements and social distancing guidelines are observed during all church activities until further notice. Confessions are by appointment which you can make by calling the Parish Office (808-266-2222).


Mass Schedule

Monday - Saturday: 6:30 am (Daily Mass in the main church)
Saturday Vigil Mass: 5:00 pm
Sunday: 6:30 am, 8:30 am, 11 am, 6 pm

Devotions & Sacraments

Rosary is recited daily at 6 am in the main church.
Rosary for Peace is at 4:15 pm on the 1st Saturday in the chapel.

Eucharistic Adoration & Benediction

1st Friday, 7am


Usually 4pm-4:30 pm, Saturdays, Blessed Sacrament Chapel; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, confessions are by appointment and can be made by calling the parish office (808-266-2222).

What's Going on at St. Anthony's Church

St. Anthony's Bible Study Groups

Did you know St. Anthony's has weekly bible study groups you are welcome to join? Each bible study group meets in the Makai room on different days: the Makai room is located inside the main church behind the altar. Each bible study group comes together weekly to increase their faith awareness and share their love of our Lord. Below is the schedule for when they meet and the contact information for the coordinators.

"Women Walking With Jesus" bible study meets Mondays at 9 am. Maryknoll Sister Isabel Rabbon is the coordinator. She can be reached at email: "Fruit of the Vine" bible study meets Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. Kanani Asing coordinates this bible study. Her email is

*Children are dismissed after the opening prayer at the 8:30 am Mass to go to the Day Chapel and experience the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ through teaching, activities, and stories that are age-appropriate for their level.
