Wanting to Have Your Baby Baptized?

The Sacrament of Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit — the door, which gives access to all the other sacraments. Through Baptism, we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ and are incorporated into the Church where we are made sharers in her mission: Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word. (Catechism of the Catholic Church 1213)

To arrange for the baptism of children from birth to six years of age, please fill out and submit the request form below. We will contact you to set up a meeting with one of our priests to complete the registration process. You will then have to attend one Baptism preparation class on the first Sunday of the month at 10 a.m. in the Parish Office.  After completing all the requirements for baptism to include meeting with the priest, attending the class, and turning in all the requisite forms, we will work with you to schedule your child's baptism.  Baptisms take place during the 8:30 am Mass on the third Sunday.   If you have questions about the Baptism process, please contact the parish office at 808-266-2222.
