To arrange for the baptism of children from birth to six years of age, please fill out and submit the request form below. We will contact you to set up a meeting with one of our priests prior to attending baptism class. You are required to attend one Baptism preparation class on the first Sunday of the month at 10 a.m. in the Parish Office as well as submitting all the requisite documents.
